Born in Nova Scotia, Judith Tait attended the Nova Scotia College of Art spending her in fourth year of school in a "world encounter" program, experiencing the timeless interiors of Europe. The colours and astounding variation of techniques in France, Italy, Spain and England provided an endless supply of ideas. Living in Toronto for 18 years gave Judith access to supplies, and working in the film industry and for up-scale clients honed her professional skills.
Now, with 25 years of painting experience and happily living in coastal British Columbia, Judith continues to be excited by the endless variation possible in this fascinating industry.
Comfortable setting up in locations both near and far from home, Judith has been commissioned by clients and interior decorators to create her unique finishes and murals across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
